Terms of Service

Bookings are confirmed in writing with an agreed brief, timings and fees. A deposit may be required to secure the date; balance due by the agreed date. We carry PLI up to £10m and use PAT‑tested equipment. Client/venue must provide suitable power supply and safe performance space. Reasonable changes to timings/brief are accommodated where possible; significant changes may affect fees. Cancellations follow the cancellation terms in your booking confirmation. Force majeure: neither party is liable for events beyond reasonable control; best efforts will be made to re‑arrange.
