We collect enquiry details you submit (name, email, phone, event info). We use this solely to respond to your enquiry and provide a proposal. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties, except essential processors (e.g., form service, email provider) under data-processing agreements. You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing events@duncanburtondj.com. Unsuccessful enquiry information is retained for up to 12 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised. If an enquiry becomes a confirmed booking, relevant booking and financial records may be retained separately for as long as needed for contractual, legal or accounting purposes. The website does not currently use non-essential analytics cookies. Essential technical cookies or storage may be used where needed to operate and secure the service.
